How do I get selected to perform work on the Airport Development Program?

When a need arises, Airport Development Program staff will review the vendor qualifications submitted in the original SOQ and develop a shortlist of the vendors that best meet the needs of the required service. Of the shortlisted firms, the vendor that provides the best fit for the need will be contacted and interviewed for the service to confirm availability and negotiate a subcontract. If the selected firm cannot provide the service or reach a subcontract agreement, the next best firm will be contacted and interviewed for the services. The process continues until a qualified firm is subcontracted to provide the service.

How long is my qualified vendor status good for?

Two years from the time of selection; you must submit for requalification at the end of each two year term.
