Job Order Contracting (JOC) is a way for organizations to get numerous projects done quickly and easily through multi-year contracts. JOC provides the methodology to execute simultaneous orders for renovation, rehabilitation and repair work for large facilities and infrastructures. The JOC contractor provides “on call” construction services from concept to close-out. These contractors provide a variety of consultant services to prime construction contractors.

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified design-build Team to provide services for the design and construction modifications for the Taxiway “A” intersections located at the Phoenix Goodyear airport (FAA). The project is to replace, widen and add new taxiway intersections to Taxiway “A” to meet Group IV category aircraft. The project will involve widening and strengthening of Acute Angle Connectors in asphalt pavement. Work will also include airfield electrical lighting and signage, grading and drainage work to the respective infields and perimeter road, taxiway striping, and associated surveying. The project will be executed as Design-Build and is funded by the Federal Aviation Administration (AIP Grants). There will be requirements associated with Disadvantaged Business Enterprise participation and adherence to the FAA Grant process.

The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant firm to provide services associated with the maintenance and operation of remediation systems at the former West Sky Harbor Fueling Facility Leaking Underground Storage Tank (LUST) Remediation Project. The West Sky Harbor Fueling Facility LUST Remediation Project is located within the contiguous boundary of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. Preference will be given to firms that can demonstrate previous experience in monitoring, operating and maintaining remedial systems at similar liquid phase and dissolved phase petroleum hydrocarbon release sites. The services under this contract will be for an initial two-year period, with the option to extend for up to three additional one-year periods.

The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified Job Order Contractors to do business with the City of Phoenix on an “on-call” basis. This Job Order Contract (JOC) will provide general non-residential remodeling and repair construction services.
The Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport’s Sound Insulation Mitigation Services provides voluntary sound mitigation services to property owners of non-residential structures. Sound mitigation services requires the addition or replacement of building materials to the envelope of a structure to ensure the necessary Noise Level Reduction between the exterior and the interior is achieved. These alterations to the structure typically include, but are not limited to, sound transmission class rated doors and windows, building insulation, new ceilings, HVAC upgrades or replacements, electrical upgrades and lead based paint and asbestos abatement. This is a Federal-aid project.
